Prayer
Every night before we put Dax to bed we say family prayer together. Tonight Dax said his first prayer. It was the cutest thing. I helped him and at first I didn't realize I was saying words like "thee" and being "thankful" . Those words are not quite in Dax's vocabulary yet so when I said words like that complete silence on Dax's end. So I changed the words into Dax's vocab and we all made it through his first prayer

That is so sweet. What a lovely thing to do with kids. I've always pictured myself praying with my kids but I always imagined them older. Why wait though?! Good mommy. Well done.
